Dinner 2002 dinner was very successful and the project has become
annual affair. This project includes leveraging multiple partnerships
(members of the Madera Vintners Association), web based advertising,
email based marketing and traditional marketing tools such as posters,
mailers and phone campaign. This high end dinner event is designed
to boost the recently founded Madera Vintners Association as well
as provide a new fundraising tool for the Madera Evening Lions Service
Club.

Beat, Inc. Grand Opening - Fresno, CA

project includes leveraging multiple partnerships with local complementary
vendors, web based advertising, email based marketing and traditional
marketing tools such as posters, mailers and phone campaign. The project
also included the production of door hangers to be distributed in
the greater neighborhood of the sports facility, fliers available
at partners stores, coordination of a ribbon cutting ceremony with
the Fresno Chamber of Commerce, PR work and the production of a video
to be shown at the Grand Opening as well as trade shows and presentations.

November 22, 2002, the
America Association of University Women (AAUW) organized a fundraiser
event in the new wing of the Madera 6 movie theater (this was the
first public use of the new stadium shaped room). Workingarts designed
the event poster and ticket purchase webpage.

Remembers 9/11 — September 2002
As a member of the Madera
Remembers 9-11 committee, workingarts designed the event logo,
authored and distributed the associated press releases, created
a website, flier, obtained donations or very reduced rates on goods
from local vendors, support and work from local service clubs and
leveraged email lists to market the event locally. Obtained TV and
press coverage commitment as well as coverage from a national organization,
the "US Conference of Mayors", to publicize the event
nationally. Actual number of event attendees were twice as projected.

Annual Luau Under The Stars

Major Madera Evening Lions fund raiser event. The annual
Luau Under The Stars evening was an event marketing project
which involved project image design, publishing, advertising, press
release authoring and distribution. The event was sold out.
