13 February 2001 Security Alert

Microsoft issued another critical security fix two days ago and posted a downloadable fix available from:

http://www.microsoft.com/windows/ie/downloads/critical/q316059/download.asp

The fix takes care of 6 recently vulnerabilities one of which is critical as it allows for your computer to be taken over remotely. Users of Internet Explorer 5.01, 5.5 (SP1 & SP2) and 6.0 should download the new security update.
