A security issue has been identified that could allow an attacker to compromise a computer running Microsoft® Windows® and gain control over it. This issue is most likely to affect computers used as servers. You can help protect your computer by installing this update from Microsoft. Product Affected by This Update The following product requires updating: Microsoft Windows NT 4.0 Microsoft Windows NT 4.0, Terminal Server Edition Microsoft Windows 2000 Microsoft Windows XP More Information About This Update By default, the affected component is enabled only on Windows 2000 and Windows NT 4.0 server configurations used as domain controllers. It is not enabled on Windows NT 4.0 workstations or member servers, on Windows 2000 workstations or member servers, or on Windows XP. How to Check Which Version You Have If you are unsure whether a product you are running is affected by this issue, check the version.
